How can I sync my mailing schedule to my Google Calendar?

Inside the app, after placing an order, tap “Add to Calendar”.
This will sync all estimated dates:

-Print start

-Print completion

-AusPost lodgement (Addressed mail)

-Kangaroo™ drop-day (Unaddressed)

You can update or remove these entries anytime.

How will I know when my order is delivered to AusPost?

You will receive:

-An in-app push notification

-A confirmation email

-A live status update inside the Tracking section of the app

The AusPost lodgement timestamp appears instantly, together with your tracking status.

How will I know when my unaddressed campaign is delivered?

The app shows a daily progress bar of your Unaddressed campaign.


-Customers will see:

-Delivery zones selected on the map

-Zones completed

-Remaining zones

-GPS-verified Kangaroo™ Delivery proof (if used)

-Photo or GPS badge confirmation

When the campaign is completed, you receive a push notification.

How do I select zones for my unaddressed mailers?

Inside the AussieLetter App, go to:


Campaign → Create Unaddressed Campaign → Select Zones

On the interactive map:

-Choose suburbs

-Select streets

-Set number of mailboxes

-Choose your drop-day, if NOT Kangaroo™, you will receive it at your office.

-IMPORTANT: When placing the order, you must add it with Kangaroo™ Delivery ($0.30 per mailer) or Office Delivery

Your drop plan is saved and trackable.

How do I track my Kangaroo™ Delivery status?

Inside the campaign screen you will see:

-Daily zone updates

-GPS route verification

-Delivery progress percentage

-Zone-by-zone completion checks

-Push notifications will alert you as milestones are completed.

What should I look for when reviewing my proof?

Inside the app or web dashboard, review:

-Branding consistency (colours, fonts, logos)

-Variable data fields

-Correct QRConnect™ links

-Address formatting (Addressed mail only)

-Template layout and spacing

Once approved in the app, your order goes straight into printing.

The mailing address on my proof isn’t on my list — what happened?

AussieLetter uses automatic validation via the Google Maps API.


-If your CSV has split fields, typos, or non-existent addresses, our system:

-Corrects them

-Flags them

-Or removes them

-The cleaned list appears in the app under “My Lists → Cleaned Results.”

I don’t want the system to remove duplicates or invalid addresses.

In the order, you can disable cleaning by toggling “Skip Validation & Deduping” before uploading your list.

Can I use two different templates in one order?

Yes. You can add multiple templates, in the notes, you will need to specify what list or contacts within a list will be assigned for each template.

Do you use live stamps?

AussieLetter uses AusPost-approved postage printing for addressed mailers — faster, compliant, and machine-readable.
Handwritten postcards include printed stamp graphics unless upgraded.

What is the difference between Priority and Regular mail?

For Addresed mail, we use AusPost for postage and delivery, we ONLY do regular mail. If you want Priority, we may be able to add it for an extra fee according to AusPost guidelines and pricing.

How long does it take to mail after my proof is reviewed?

Inside the app, each step updates live. Typical timelines:

-Addressed mail: 3 -5 days printing + same-day AusPost lodging - after proof review.

-Unaddressed (Office Delivery): 3 -5 days after proof review.

-Unaddressed (Kangaroo™ Delivery): As per your scheduled drop-day (allow 5 days for production)

Your app timeline updates automatically as each step is completed.

What is the turnaround time?

Average turnaround displayed in the app:

- Addressed: 3–5 business days

- Unaddressed: 3 -5 business days (office) or scheduled (Kangaroo™)

Large orders show a dynamic timeline inside the campaign screen.


Can you ship all postcards to me instead of mailing them?

Yes — choose “Print & Ship to Me” inside the app.

Can I prepay for mailer credits?

Yes — in the app, go to:


-Billing → AussieCredits™ → Add Credits

What is Variable Data (VDP)? How can I use it?

VDP lets you personalise each mailer with:

-Names

-Suburbs

-Agent name

-Offers

-Photos

-You can preview all variable fields inside the app before approving.

How do I read my tracking link?

Inside the app, your tracking page shows:

-AusPost lodgement status

-Delivery progress

-Heatmaps (for real estate campaigns)

-Push notifications alert you for spikes in QR scans.

How do I apply store credit?
