Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all AussieLetter products, services, website, mobile application, and platforms. By using any AussieLetter service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope & Responsibilities

AussieLetter prepares mail campaigns based strictly on customer-provided data, artwork, lists, instructions, and approvals. We do not guarantee response rates, conversion rates, or customer satisfaction outcomes from any mail campaign.

All ADDRESSED mail is delivered exclusively by Australia Post (AusPost), as required by Australian law. AussieLetter is not responsible for delivery times, lost mail, stolen mail, misrouted items, or any outcomes once the mail enters the postal stream.

AussieLetter is responsible for Kangaroo™ unaddressed delivery only in areas where we have operational coverage. In remote zones where coverage may not exist, store credit may be issued solely at our discretion.

2. Proof Approval & Errors

Once the customer approves a proof, AussieLetter assumes no responsibility for errors, typos, wrong information, misspellings, formatting issues, or any other mistakes contained in the approved materials. We will not resend mail at no cost, and we will not refund for any reason.

3. Safety & Force Majeure

For letterbox distribution (Kangaroo™), in the event of storms, fires, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or any circumstance impacting the safety of our droppers, AussieLetter may reschedule delivery without penalty or refund.

4. Digital Services & QRConnect™

QRConnect™ enables unique QR codes on each mailer connected to a landing page created by AussieLetter. The domain must always be provided by the user. AussieLetter does not sell domains. Digital service fees are based on the level of customization required and may vary by project.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellations stop future billing only. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Privacy Policy

AussieLetter values your privacy and complies with all relevant Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We are strict with the handling, protection, and storage of all personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to produce and manage your mail campaigns, such as:

  • Names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers
  • Uploaded mailing lists and customer data
  • Content, artwork, and campaign details
  • Analytics from QRConnect™ scans

2. Use of Information

Your data is used solely to produce, print, track, and deliver your mail campaigns and to support your use of our digital services. We do not sell, rent, or trade any customer information.

3. Data Storage & Retention

AussieLetter stores customer data only for the legally required retention period under Australian regulations. After this period, data is securely deleted.

4. Data Security

We use secure systems and encryption to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and by using our service you acknowledge these risks.

5. Third-Party Delivery (AusPost)

For ADDRESSED mail, delivery is handled exclusively by AusPost. Customer data required for postal processing is shared only with AusPost and is used strictly for mailing purposes.

Refund Policy & Store Credit

AussieLetter maintains a strict no-refund policy for all products and services. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds

There are no refunds for any reason once an order is placed. If printing has not yet begun, a store credit may be issued to your AussieLetter account at our discretion. After printing begins, no refunds or credits may be issued under any circumstances.

2. Store Credit Rules

  • Store credit can be used only at AussieLetter.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
  • Store credit may be issued only when printing has not begun.
  • If an order is unresponsive for 45 days, it will be canceled and issued as store credit.

3. Unaddressed Mail (Kangaroo™)

Kangaroo™ distribution may be eligible for store credit only if AussieLetter cannot service a remote area. Coverage varies by state and suburb. Refunds are never issued.

4. Addressed Mail (AusPost)

Since AusPost is the only legal carrier for addressed mail, AussieLetter is not responsible for delivery timelines, delays, lost mail, or stolen mail once it enters the postal stream. No refunds or credits may be issued under these circumstances.

5. Results Disclaimer

AussieLetter provides no guarantee of leads, sales, response rates, conversions, or customer satisfaction. Mail performance is solely dependent on customer content, audience, timing, and external market conditions.

6. Design, Pricing & Website Changes

All product designs, service structures, digital assets, and website elements are subject to change at any time based on customer needs. Prices may change without notice.
